PROMOTION PERIOD. The promotion period begins on 04/01/04. 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends as stated below. ("Promotion Period"). Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the promotion by giving notice, deemed appropriate by Sponsor, during the first calendar week of any month, in which case the Promotion will terminate on the last day of the month following the month in which notice was given.

HOW TO ENTER. To enter the Sweepstakes drawing, you must be a registered user at SmokySavers.com or Knoxkoupons.com. Registration is completely free. To register and enter a Sweepstakes for the first time, go to http://www.smokysavers.com or http://www.knoxkoupons.com during a Sweepstakes Period and follow the entry instructions to complete the online sweepstakes registration form in its entirety. You must provide a complete and valid email address and name to qualify for entry and in addition you must agree to visit the official website of each prize sponsor . When your entry is complete, click on the area marked "Enter Me Now" (once submitted, entry cannot be deleted, canceled or modified). If you are already a registered user with SmokySavers.com or Knoxkoupons.com, you may enter monthly. Only one entry per household per month. Additional entries may be earned for qualified referrals by telling others about the contest. Your referrals must confirm that they know you to qualify and all e-mail addresses must be valid. (See our tell-a-friend page for complete instructions.) Multiple entries of the same natural person utilizing different telephone numbers or email addresses is prohibited. All entries for a particular Sweepstakes drawing must be received during the applicable Sweepstakes Period (See Rule 2). You must enter each Sweepstakes separately by one of the methods described above. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same computer, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized registrant of the e-mail address submitted. The authorized registrant is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address submitted. Entries generated by a script, macro, robotic, programmed or other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.

DRAWINGS. One winner will be selected in each Sweepstakes by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period for that drawing. Each drawing will take place on or about the 5th day following the last day of the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawings and award of all prizes will be conducted under the supervision of independent judges determined solely by the sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters pertaining to this sweepstakes. Entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges.

PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING. Each Sweepstakes winner will receive one (1) vacation prize during the applicable Sweepstakes Period. Each Sweepstakes winner will only receive the vacation package prize described on the SmokySavers or KnoxKoupons Giveaway Web page at http://www.smokysavers.com/contests/gatlin.html during the applicable Sweepstakes Period. Travel must be completed within (1) year of winning and reservation arrangements must be made with-in 30 days of winning. Lodging arrangements are subject to at least 90 days advance notice and will be subject to availability with the sponsoring lodging provider and and are not valid with other offers, groups, during special events, or on holidays. Airfare, meals, beverages, gratuities, transfers, surcharges, taxes and any other expenses and/or services not specified are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize will consist only of those elements specifically listed in the Web page vacation description, and winners agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth by each vacation provider as specifically set forth on the SmokySavers/KnoxKoupons Giveaway web page. The Approximate Retail Value of each prize will be listed on the Sweepstakes Web page, but generally ranges from $350 to $500.
Important notice: Winner must complete all necessary lodging arrangements directly with the Sweepsteaks sponsoring lodging provider with-in 30 days of notification as an official winner. Dates are subject to availability; and any arrangements should be made at least 90 days prior to departure date. Blackout dates and other restrictions apply. Transportation and all other expenses associated with the winners trip are the sole responsibility of the winner. Once travel arrangements are confirmed the travel dates cannot be changed or winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Winners will be notified by email, mail or telephone (at Sponsor's discretion) and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Publicity and Liability within 14 days of notification. Winner's guest(s) must also sign and return a Release of Liability/Publicity Release prior to ticketing/travel. In the event of noncompliance, if the winner cannot be reached at the telephone number, email or other address on winner's entry, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. If there are no eligible entries for a particular Sweepstakes, that particular vacation prize will not be awarded. No substitution of any prizes will be offered. No prize transfer permitted. If a prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the sole right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. In order to win a prize, residents of Canada, and wherever else mandated, will be required to correctly answer a skill-testing question administered by mail or email. All entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older. Prizes won by a minor will be awarded only in the name of the minor's parent or legal guardian. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prizewinners or their parents/guardian if they are a minor. DISPUTES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a independent resolution panel whose members will be determined by the sponsor. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including attorneys' fees or any other associated expenses.
